Think of it as having a trained thinking partner whose job is to help you become more of who you want to be, not to fix you (because you’re not broken!).

Packages that include several sessions are highly recommended to get the most out of your coaching experience. Additional sessions are billed at $150/hour, or you may choose to upgrade your Series to continue your coaching and enjoy the discounted rate.

Most coaching sessions are done via Zoom. In-person sessions may be accommodated upon request. I am based in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and am willing to travel (expenses will be billed at cost).

“Grounding” Series

One-month of coaching sessions (3 sessions)

A starting point for meaningful change

In this one month focused container, we identify key patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical tools for grounded presence.

You’ll gain clarity, increase self-awareness, and leave with practices you can immediately apply.

Best for: Those seeking insight, stability, and supportive short-term guidance.

Three-months of coaching sessions (6 sessions)

Six-months of coaching sessions (12 sessions)

This is a deep, ongoing 6 month journey for those ready to step fully into who they are and live in alignment with what truly matters. Together, we’ll gently uncover old patterns, reconnect with your inner compass, and cultivate resilience, clarity, and influence that flows naturally in every part of life.
